How long until my site is live?
Five business days for a landing page, ten for a business website, three weeks and up for an online store. The clock starts once we have your content — text, logo and images.
I have no logo and no copy. Is that a problem?
No. Copywriting is included in every package. For logo and imagery we present options during the scoping call, either produced in-house or sourced from licensed libraries.
Are domain and hosting included?
Launch, domain configuration and the SSL certificate are included in every project. Ongoing hosting is either handled by you (around $10 per month) or covered by the $99 per month care plan.
Can I edit the site myself afterwards?
Yes. Every project ships with a simple admin interface and a 30-minute walkthrough. You own the code, the domain and all accounts — there is no lock-in.
How does payment work?
50% on booking, 50% on delivery. We accept card payments through Stripe and bank transfers in US dollars. An invoice is issued for each payment.
Do you work with clients outside the United States?
Yes. We work remotely with clients across North America and Europe. All communication is in English or French, by video call and email. All invoicing is in US dollars.
